Our land plots are incontaminated and are mostly located in the south east side of Buljarica Bay, at an average 500 mt distance from the sea.
They add up to more then 25 acres (10 hectares), however it's possible to buy them separately.

According to the General Urban Plan, some fall in the building area and some other in the green area.
However, the top class resort building criteria which is foreseen for Buljarica requires an equal amount of green to balance constructions and service areas.
